WEBSITE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Clear terms for browsing Arch Development, making an enquiry and understanding our product information.
Updated 20 October 2026. These website terms are not final product subscription terms or a replacement for any separately agreed private-testing arrangement.
1. Who operates the website?
archdev.co.uk is operated by Finite Arch Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 17204312. Our registered office is 343 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS8 4BU, United Kingdom. Arch Development is our product-development identity.
For questions or a complaint about this website, use Contact Arch Dev.
2. What the website provides
The site introduces our organisation and three products: Arch, Bridge and Console. It explains their intended uses, the experience being developed and their current stages. A description of an intended capability is not a statement that it is available now.
Arch is in restricted private development and testing. Bridge is in product design. Console is at requirements and experience-design stage and is not available for operational use or live investigations. The current product pages explain these boundaries.
The public website does not offer checkout, public registration or app downloads. It does not promise a release date, subscription, specific feature or entitlement to access. Any future purchase or product access will have appropriate terms made available before you agree.
3. Enquiries and ideas
You can contact us about a product, project or idea you would like us to consider. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract for development, grant an account or commit either party to proceed. Scope, price, delivery, intellectual-property arrangements and any confidentiality requirements must be agreed separately where relevant.
Only send information you are entitled to share. An initial contact form is not a secure confidential-disclosure channel and does not create a non-disclosure agreement. If confidentiality matters, ask about suitable arrangements before sharing the details. This does not remove any confidentiality duty that applies by law or under a separate agreement.
You retain rights you already hold in your material. We may use the information you submit to evaluate and respond to the enquiry, as explained in our Privacy notice. Submitting it does not transfer ownership to us or give us an unrestricted right to exploit your idea.
4. Responsible use and restricted access
You may browse, link to and use the public information for lawful personal, research or business purposes. Do not impersonate someone, submit unlawful material, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access or defeat access controls.
Existing authorised testers must follow their access arrangements and use invented test information. A link to Login does not grant permission to use another account or restricted data. Bridge and Console login previews do not provide working accounts.
Responsible automated retrieval of public pages is welcome. Respect reasonable request limits and do not present company-authored information or an experimental score as an independent endorsement.
5. Content and intellectual property
Text, branding, software and other material on the site may be protected by rights belonging to Finite Arch Limited or the relevant rights holder. You may link to our pages and quote or summarise material where permitted by law, with accurate attribution and context. Viewing the website does not grant a general licence to copy or commercially exploit protected material.
Do not imply our endorsement or remove context about development stage or evidence limitations. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Nothing here restricts an exception or right provided by applicable law.
6. Evidence, scoring and external links
The AI Node is a first-party reference. Its Arch Trust Score is an experimental, company-authored evidence assessment using a published checklist. It is not an independent accreditation, verified customer rating, probability of trustworthy behaviour or guarantee of product quality. The method, scope, date, evidence gaps and calculation must accompany any interpretation of the number.
External links help you examine sources or related information. Those sites have their own operators, terms and privacy arrangements. Linking does not establish endorsement, independence or control of the linked content.
7. Accuracy, availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care with the information we publish and welcome corrections. Products and plans may change. Check material details with us before relying on them for a consequential decision. Public descriptions are general information, not professional advice or an operational guarantee.
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the website. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Where we are responsible for a problem, our responsibility is determined by applicable law and any relevant agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing removes statutory consumer rights or excuses misleading statements.
8. Privacy, changes and applicable law
Our Privacy & Cookies notice explains enquiries, website information, service providers and the current restricted test environment.
We may update these website terms as the site develops. The date at the top identifies the version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights already acquired or alter a separate contract without the agreement or legal basis it requires.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not override mandatory protections or a consumer’s right to use courts available to them under applicable law.
9. Questions or concerns
Use Contact Arch Dev and tell us which page or issue concerns you. We will consider corrections and complaints and respond by email.
