THE IDEA
What makes Bridge different?
Bridge is designed around the person carrying out a task. Its purpose, relevant information, preparation already completed and the action or decision needed arrive together.
Authorised background activity can continue through breaks and handovers. The current position stays with the task, and decisions remain with the people responsible for them.

Make handovers straightforward
Pass on the current position, outstanding questions and next responsibility together, without asking someone to reconstruct the history.
Keep attention where it matters
Separate activity that can continue within agreed permissions from decisions that need a person, with a clear view of progress.
HOW THE IDEA COULD WORK
A simple example
An example of the experience we are building:
- A customer request becomes a task with a clear purpose, owner and next step.
- Bridge brings together the authorised information and prepares material for the colleague handling it.
- The colleague reviews, decides or hands it on, with the current position and any outstanding questions ready for the next person.

Bridge is in product design. Its interface, integrations, permissions and operational safeguards are being developed.
There is no released Bridge application or working account login. The login page currently shows an inactive preview.
